What we provide

HomeQuoteHQ publishes editorial content about residential roofing costs, code and permit information, contractor licensing, and storm activity, and operates a quote request service that connects homeowners with independent licensed contractors in their area. The site is provided as an informational and connection resource. It is not a contractor, an insurance company, or a public adjuster.

Quotes and contractors

Contractors who provide quotes through our service are independent businesses. HomeQuoteHQ does not employ them, does not perform the roofing work, and does not warrant the workmanship of any specific contractor. We verify that partner contractors hold the licensing and insurance applicable to their state and local jurisdiction at the time they are onboarded, but we do not continuously monitor those credentials. You should independently verify a contractor's license, insurance, and references before signing a contract.

Contracts for roofing work are between you and the contractor you choose. HomeQuoteHQ is not a party to those contracts. Disputes about workmanship, warranty, or payment are between you and the contractor and should be addressed through the channels available in your state (state contractor board, small claims court, or other applicable consumer protection systems).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to submit false or misleading information, scrape or harvest content for unauthorized commercial purposes, interfere with the operation of the site, or attempt to access non-public areas of our systems. If you operate a roofing business and would like to receive leads through our network, contact us through the partner inquiry process rather than submitting fake homeowner forms.

Intellectual property
